40th Anniversary Celebration
Jenny Black who had recently joined the committee and was taking over the role of Visiting Coordinator had recently attended National Council with a number of the other committee members. Jenny recounted her experience of events at the National body's AGM and the things that are happening nationalty that are of interest to our members.
National Secretary, Anne Demick who had flown in for the day to join our celebration then gave us a talk about how she came to be involved with IA. She talked about her illness and surgery and the various positions she has held in the National Body leading up to her becoming National Secretary.
After her talk Calum Lyon presented Anne with a piece Whitby Jet jewellery as a memento of her trip.
